At Zakoia we offer a refund, exchange or credit for any faulty items. A refund, exchange or credit request must be made within 14 days of delivery of your item. 
You can request a refund, exchange or credit by emailing hello@zakoia.com.au and we will endeavor to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
No refunds will be given for change of mind, but we will of course offer you an exchange or credit.
No exchanges or credit will be given on earrings - for hygiene purposes, so please choose carefully.
Returns will only be accepted if your jewellery is unworn and in its original condition.
All shipping costs for exchanges or credits are payable by the customer and will need to be returned by tracked shipping.
All ‘sale’ items are final and no exchanges or credits will be given.
All refund, exchange or credit requests will be processed within 5 business days.
